All campers' remaining balances must be paid in full 60 days prior to the date of your scheduled event.
Cancellations for All Events
If a spot is canceled, the $100 deposit put down at the time of registration is forfeited.
All cancellations must be in writing 45 days prior to your scheduled event to receive a 50% refund.
Refunds are not offered if you happen to contract the COVID-19 virus, so please be careful, begin your quarantine process 14 days or more prior to youe departure date, and go out only for essential duties (work, and school). All shopping items should be purchased before your quarantine process begins to guarantee effectiveness.
